We use MailChimp to send out updates emails on our behalf. Your contact details are stored on their database which is held in the US but we have MailChimp had adequate data protection in place and comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield. We will keep your contact details address until you tell us you no longer wish to receive updates and for one year afterwards. Once the project is open we will ask if you wish to continue to receive updates from us.
